after a big day that saw TIME Pro Cycling make EVERY SINGLE BREAKAWAY, Barlevav finished in 4th place behind winner Justin Williams (Rock Racing), Jake Keogh (Kelly), and Daniel Holloway (Garmin-Chipotle)...
